Sheikh Assim Alhakeem got his B.A in linguistics from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah on 1987, and later on pursued a higher diploma in Islamic studies from Umm Al Qura University, Makkah. At present Sheikh Assim is an Imam in Jeddah, a role which he has held for the past 20 years, where the sheikh delivers the weekly Friday sermons and lectures on various Islamic Sciences. Sheikh Assim Alhakeem also participates regularly on both Islamic radio and television programs to spread the authentic teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. The sheikh also had studies for several years the books of the great scholar Sheikh Salih Ibn Uthaymeen.
